A surgical research laboratory
The Faramarzi Otolaryngology Academy is an independent clinical and surgical research laboratory in Shiraz, Iran, studying the ear, the nasal airway, and the skull base from the operating room to computational models.
The Academy pairs a high-volume otologic and rhinologic surgical practice with quantitative research method. Its work spans cholesteatoma and middle-ear reconstruction, endoscopic sinus and skull base surgery, computational modeling of the nasal airway, and large outcome studies.
The lab is directed by two principals and supported by research and methodology staff, with active collaborations across Iran and internationally. Every publication on this site resolves to a verifiable identifier, and the analytics are computed directly from that record.
